Hospitality · Digital Repositioning
Turning a restaurant into a stronger digital brand.
A well-loved kitchen with a digital presence that did not match the food. We rebuilt the brand direction, the website and the content system behind it.

The challenge
The restaurant was better than it looked online. Menus lived in images, the site was slow on mobile, social content was inconsistent, and local search results were dominated by aggregators rather than the business itself.
The opportunity
Ordering, discovery and reservations all happen on a phone. Owning that first impression — brand, imagery, menu and search listing — was the fastest route to more covers without more discounting.
The strategy
Reposition the venue as a modern Japanese dining brand rather than a takeaway listing: clear visual direction, photography-led content, a fast mobile-first website, and a search presence built around real dishes and neighbourhoods.
What we did
Brand direction
Visual language, typography and photography rules the team can keep using.
Website
Mobile-first site with readable menus in HTML, fast images and direct ordering paths.
Content & social
A monthly content system: dish-led shoots, reels and a consistent posting rhythm.
Local search
Google Business profile, structured data and location-relevant pages.
Campaigns
Paid social and search focused on peak service windows.
