Services provided

SET provides website design and development, SaaS and custom software, AI agents and automation, CRM and sales automation, and performance marketing services. The exact scope of each engagement is agreed in a written proposal or contract before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Every engagement is quoted individually. Fees, payment schedule, deliverables and scope are set out in the written proposal or contract for that project. This page does not set prices and does not replace the project contract.

Intellectual property

Ownership of project deliverables and source code transfers as agreed in the project contract. SET retains the right to reuse its general methods, tools, frameworks and know-how in other work.

Timelines and client responsibilities

Delivery timelines are confirmed per project. Clients are responsible for timely feedback, content, approvals and the system access agreed in the proposal; delays in these can shift the delivery schedule.

Results and advertising claims

Any performance projections are estimates, not guarantees. Case studies and numbers shown on this site use only verified project data and do not promise the same results for other clients.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SET's liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Formal limitation and warranty wording requires owner and legal review.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the project contract. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated by the owner. The date of the current approved version will be shown here once the terms have completed owner and legal review.
